Mr. Davis represents manufacturers, distributors, contractors and premises owners defending toxic tort, product liability and premises liability cases.

He is a graduate of Golden Gate University (J.D. 1992), the University of California at Berkeley (M.B.A. 1987, M.S. 1982) and the University of South Florida (B.A. 1980).

Mr. Davis served as a Judicial Extern to Judge Robert F. Peckham of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California in 1992. He was admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.
