Mr. Gharrity has been
defending professional liability cases, primarily medical
malpractice actions, for over 20 years. He also represents
physicians facing professional discipline.
He has been a member of
the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California since
1992.
A graduate of
Northwestern University (B.A., 1981) and Hastings College of the Law
(J.D., 1984), Mr. Gharrity has authored articles and served as a
speaker and guest lecturer on various medical-legal issues.
