Chair of the firm's Management Committee, Mr. Goodman is a litigator engaged primarily in the defense of professional liability and products liability cases, including matters referred because the issues present particular difficulty or sensitivity.

He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers (www.actl.com), the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Federation of Insurance & Corporate Counsel.

A graduate of Kent State University (B.B.A., 1971) and American University (J.D., 1974), Mr. Goodman has served as a Professor, University of San Francisco Law School, since 1991, as an instructor, National Institute of Trial Advocacy, since 1989, and as a speaker at numerous programs for physicians and lawyers.
