Jeffrey A. Hurwitz is a
graduate of the State University of New York, College at New Paltz
(B.A. Cum Laude, 1973) and the University of San Francisco School of
Law (J.D., 1985).
He practices primarily in
the areas of toxic torts and product liability. He has experience in
construction defect, personal injury and environmental cases.
He is a member of the
State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the
Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of
