A litigator specializing in the defense of toxic tort and product liability cases, Mr. Katerndahl has extensive experience in law and motion matters, has participated in trials in the San Francisco Bay Area, Texas, and California, and successfully represented manufacturers and distributors both in civil appeals and writ proceedings.

Mr. Katerndahl is a graduate of Stanford University (B.A., 1983) and the University of San Francisco (J.D., 1986). He served as Judicial Extern to California Supreme Court Justice Cruz Reynoso in the Spring of 1986.

Mr. Katerndahl has co-authored articles published by Shepard’s Expert and Scientific Evidence Quarterly and For the Defense.

Mr. Katerndahl is admitted to practice in California (1987) and Texas (1994).
