of toxic tort and product liability defense, Mr. Nelder is a 1980
graduate of the University of California, Davis (A.B.), and a 1985
graduate of McGeorge School of Law, the University of the Pacific
(J.D.).
Mr. Nelder was admitted
to the State Bar of California in 1986.
