Mr. Topolsky is a
graduate of Wayne State University (B.A. 1970) and Lincoln Law
School (J.D. 1977).
He practices primarily in
the areas of tort litigation defense, including asbestos, latex
glove, toxic tort, product liability, medical device, medical
malpractice, general liability and construction defect cases.
Mr. Topolsky is a member
of the State Bar of California and is also admitted to practice in
the Northern and Eastern districts of California for the Ninth
Circuit Court. |
